Atty. Felson M. Dalaguete is a CPA-Lawyer with extensive training in accounting and law. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and from the San Beda University – Manila with the degree of Bachelor of Laws. During his stay in San Beda College of Law, Atty. Dalaguete was the Vice-Chairman for Audit of the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau and an active member of the San Beda Centralized Bar Operations.

Mrs. Cada is a graduate of Industrial Engineering in National University in 1980 and an Incorporator of Integrated School of Science. She has been with iS for 7 years and was an administrative officer at iS Cavite when she started. She is active in social and civic organizations and was a Past President of Rotary Club of Kawit Kalayaan – Rotary International District 3810 and continuously serves various capacities.

Ms. Blangigue graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Biological Science at Visayas State University. She has an array of experiences as an educator including coordinator for Student Affairs and Services and a coordinator for assessment and grading for Mathematics and Science. She successfully completed management training programs for Department Heads and now, she is the Head of Academic Affairs for Junior High School and a Teacher I.

Ms. Lee, a Microsoft Certified Professional who brings to her position a well-established background in Information Technology and professional services for over 9 years. She worked her way up the ladder making her IT experience a compact one. Prior joining iS in 2020, she once led a multi-million warehouse and data infrastructure project for an electrical appliances in the Philippines and also managed to set-up from scratch the call center for the latter where she worked as an IT Officer, then later promoted to a managerial position. Her experience in Information Technology involves implementation, configuration, system analysis, design, coordination, control, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, monitoring and development of IT Infrastructure.

Dr. Dalaguete is an Academics Practitioner for more than three decades. He earned his degree & expertise in Educational Management – EdD. from De La Salle University and Master of Laws from the London Metropolitan University. He has vast experience in the field of Maritime Education in various capacities. As a faculty member, academic coordinator, assessor, internal quality auditor and a resource person in various technical Forum, symposium, Policy Research and Development. Moreover, he was a Philippine Delegate to International Conventions for Maritime Education and a former President of the Rotary Club of Kawit Kalayaan.

Ms. Dalaguete graduate Cum Laude Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Makati Medical Center- College of Nursing. She continued her studies and took up her Masters in Business Administration overseas from the Swiss Business School, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Ms. Esperanza graduated from San Sebastian College Recoletos Cavite City with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management from San Sebastian College- Recoletos de Cavite and has 21 units of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education earned from St. Joseph College, Cavite City.

Mrs. Dalaguete is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Banking and Finance from the Centro Escolar University - Manila. She took her Master of Arts in Education in the City University of Pasay. Mrs. Dalaguete has experience in academic management, early childhood education, and business management.

Ms. Dalaguete has a vast experience in Montessori Curriculum and Program. She
graduated from Philippine Normal University – Manila with the degree of Bachelor of
Early Childhood Education.

Ms. Baysa is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in Asian Development Foundation College (ADFC), Tacloban City, Leyte and took up her Masters Degree in Management in Technological Institute of the Philippines (TIP), Manila in 2011.

Ms. Baysa also worked in the Asian Institute of Maritime Studies for 15 years and handled various capacities such Records Staff in the Office of the Registrar, Coordinator for Records and Admission Unit and later on was appointed as the Coordinator for Quality Assurance Department - Academic Unit. Two years after that, Ms. Baysa was promoted as an Assistant Registrar and handled the position for 5 years. During her stay in AIMS, she has been an Internal Quality Auditor for 3 consecutive years.

To add in her stellar experience, she was awarded by AIMS as a Model Employee for Achievement in 2014, Mastery in 2011 and Integrity in 2010.
