Atty. Felson M. Dalaguete, CPA

Atty. Felson M. Dalaguete is a CPA-Lawyer with extensive training in the academe, accounting, and law. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and from the San Beda University –Manila with the degree of Bachelor of Laws. He has a broad range of experience in tax, corporate, management, labor, and the academe. He was an associate in Mata-Perez, Tamayo, and Francisco Attorneys-at-Law where he had experience in tax litigation and compliance, estate planning, probate, labor compliance, corporate good governance, mergers and acquisitions, land due diligence, and contracts.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Atty. Dalaguete practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the commercial and academe sector. He was Finance Director of Integrated School of Science and a part-time lecturer in the Asian Institute of Maritime Studies (AIMS), Pasay City.

As an educator, Atty. Dalaguete advocates for hybrid learning and the integration of the use of technology in education to prepare students for Industry 4.0. He was recognized as a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert for the year 2020-2021. He authored the following scholarly articles which were all published in the San Beda Law Journal: (1) Breaking Through the Cycle: A Historical Analysis of the Battered Woman Syndrome in Philippine Self-Defense Laws, (2) Stewards of the Earth: A Closer Look on the Right to a Healthy Environment and Locus Standi, and (3) Unity and Diversity: ASEAN Integration and the Legal Framework for Intercultural Education in the Philippines, (4) The Sufficiency of our Data Privacy Laws to Protect Children’s Personal Data in the midst of Online Learning. He also authored several articles dealing with taxation and business law, which were published in the newspaper and online by The Manila Times.

Atty. Dalaguete is involved in various social and civic organizations. He was the Club President of the Rotary Club of Kawit Kalayaan – Rotary International District 3810. He is also a member of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 129th Squadron.

Atty. Dalaguete is currently the President of Integrated School of Science (Kawit), Inc. which has campuses in Cavite and Pasay. He is also an individual law and accounting practitioner under Dalaguete Accounting and Law.
